What kind of personal data do we process and for what purpose?
When you submit a question via the ticket desk, use the services we offer or sign up for our newsletter, we can process the following personal data from you:

Newsletter
The moment you register for one of our newsletters, your personal data will be processed. This may be the following personal data:

  • First name
  • Email addres

This information is needed to send you the newsletter, the hiking blog and other e-mails and to inform you about our services or products. This data is processed based on your consent.

Contact form
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we can process the following data:

  • First name and surname
  •  Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Files that you upload, for example your resume

This data is necessary to answer your question, or to provide information to you at your request. In addition, the personal data are processed to make an appointment with you for hiking coaching or hiking programs. We process this data based on your consent.

At the moment that we conclude an agreement with you in connection with your contact with us, your personal data is also necessary for the (intended) implementation of this agreement, for example to be able to contact you and for invoicing. We cannot enter into an agreement without your personal data.

Questions via the ticket desk
When you submit a question via the ticket desk, your personal details will be requested. These are your name, e-mail address and phone number. We use this information to answer your question or to provide information via the ticket (e-mail) or by telephone. We do this based on your consent.

Retention periods
Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. The following terms apply unless there are further legal obligations to keep the data longer and/or available.

When you unsubscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter and walking blog, your personal data will be removed from the system at the latest by the end of the following calendar month.

Personal data that you have provided to us by submitting a question to the ticket desk will be removed within 2 years after our last correspondence.

The other personal data required for the execution of an agreement with you are always kept for at least 7 years to comply with our statutory duty. After this period expires, your data will be deleted within 1 year.

For example, we use a server via an external party for the storage of data, our e-mail system and our ticket system. This party is located within the EU and the server itself is located within the Netherlands.

We also use an external party that sends out newsletters and hiking blogs for us. This party is also based in the Netherlands.

Finally, third party cookies are placed via this website.
